Guest guest
Hi PNW Bandsters, Esther Ossinger here, haven't been posting for a long, long time. Can't make the picnic this year due to wedding in San Francisco, but know you all will have a great time. I will begin counting down the days til next year's picnic. I've got a ton of clothes to pass on but don't have time to get them to anyone before the picnic so will hold the best for next year. Have great fun and know that I am really sad that I can't make it. > > Heidi thanks for the hangers! we will probably you them all. >
Guest guest
Jackie, I have been using my upgrade N5 for 1.5 weeks now. You call Cochlear, tell them your wish to order the N5 (CP810) , color, cable length & magnet strength. If Cochlear does not have your insurance info, you will give it to them. Then Cochlear bills your insurance. That's all you need to do.

Guest guest
Thanks for your responses, and . I'm really surprised to hear that Cochlear bills the insurance company. When I upgraded to the Freedom, they were not doing that. Thanks so much. I'll let you know if and when I get things rolling. Guest guest
Yes, Jackie, the process of ordering new processors has changed from when we got older processors. Same if we need a new coil or battery compartment or other parts. Used to be when I arrived for the upgrade at the audie's office, they had the new processors. This last time I brought the new processors to the office.
