Post op questions from a Menieres sufferer

I have bilateral Menieres disease. The ear I am about to have implanted feels

" under water " most of the time. What happens after surgery? Do most of these

physical issues with menieres disappear? I have read about tinnitus and the

random results in that area. What about the " full eardrum " feeling?
