Guest guest
Hi , You can get the refill drying bricks directly from the Cochlear store, there are also many vendors who carry them, for example, my old audiologist office (prior to having CI's) kept them in stock. I am also a bilateral N5 user, now, too! Just upgraded my N24 ear. I would recommend you go to the Cochlear Youtube videos and find the Remote Assistant training. It really is super simple, once you get the hang of it! I love the bilateral functionality! If you are not in the Cochlear Community, please join us there, too, there is a lot of training reference info there. www.cochlearcommunity.com Wishing you the best.and happy hearing. a Cochlear Awareness Network Manager Texas and Oklahoma Bilateral recipient 8/4/99 Left, internal N24 12/20/07 Right, internal Freedom Upgraded both ears to Nucleus
