But most all have benefited and results continue to improuve. Luck to you as you work to make hearing understanding happen. HI all , HE JUST HAD HEARING IMPLANT SURGERY i GET IT NEXT Mon 2-21. I am amazed at how well it went...three hours for the surgery and one hour for recovery and then home. I have had no discomfort, no dizziness or loss of taste. Stitches come out next Tuesday. Activation is scheduled to start February 24th. Hopefully your recovery will be as effortless as mine was. The anxiety leading up to the surgery was worse that the event.
