Using N5,listening to tv to get best speech recognition

Just got my N5,and am scheduled for programming on the 27th.My tv sound is

connected to a sterio amplfier,using optical cable.At present I am using a high

quality Ultrasone Headphone.Will I get better speech recognition using Cochlear

coil from N5 to the amplfier? Thank you, Moses.
