Guest guest
I'm not yet at the stage where my original warranty has run out, so this is all new to me. I'm curious, though -- would repairs, replacement rechargeable batteries, etc. be covered under DME on medical insurance? (I have traditional Medicare, no supplement or Medicare Advantage plan.) When I got my CIs, I was covered under Aetna so I've actually never done any claims for my CI stuff through Medicare. It just seems like if that sort of thing is covered, why pay big bucks for a warranty as well? ~Wendi in Illinois http://suddensilence.wordpress.com/

Guest guest
Warrenty and cracked controllers It would seem with a lot of cracked controllers, I had mine replaced twice still under warrenty, there would be a problem with the products itself and would wonder if that would fall under the Lemon Law? I have never seen anyone challenge Cochlear after warrenty expired. But just a thought. Betty Lynch Bilateral Freedoms
