I have checked into this a long time ago and the answer was no. We live in

Virginia and I know each state is different. My daughter just got upgraded to

N5 so I am going to check again. I will let you all know what they say.

MediCARE and MediCAID are different. The first is provided by the feds and the

second by each individual state.

Being on Medicare myself, I believe they cover everything (except bilateral

implantation).
