It has been reported that there are significant issues with the use of the N5

processor in

a situation where a Loop System is required. Because of the positioning of the

of the T-Coil which works well with the telephone but not in a looped area.

o This has happened when I use the T-Coil in a looped room.

o I have not had this problem in a looped room.

o I do not need to use a loop with my CI.

o This problem has made it difficult for me in meetings.

o Since I struggle with this issue, it would help me if Cochlear could revisit

the need to make an adjustment so that the looped areas are easily available for

me

o I can live with the problem

o I would be willing to advocate for myself and others by informing Cochlear

that this problem exists for me
