Guest guest
Hi , I sent a prayer up for you, asking that He give you guidance and comfort as you try to eliminate toxicities from your diet during this time while you try to become pregnant. I can so empathize with you about the nerve pain. I have RSD (reflex sympathetic dystrophy) in my right foot, it showed up there following some surgeries in that foot in 2001. Also, I was left with postherpetic neuralgia after a bout with shingles last year. The neuralgia is in my back and right shoulder blade. I do take Neurontin, but I have been looking for some type of alternative, more natural, treatment for this really painful affliction. Here are some things I have found: Some people take large doses of vitamin C for nerve pain. To try this, start taking 1 gram of vit C every 4 hours or so until you get diarrhea, then they back off to achieve the correct dose. This didn't do much for me, at least not regarding the nerve pain. Capsaicin is an OTC cream made from the seeds of hot chili peppers. This does work to some extent. I think you might have mentioned that you already use it and if so, you know that it burns like all get out when you first put it on. Also, I learned quickly to put on disposable gloves to apply it because it seems like no matter how many times I wash my hands, that stuff is still there. If I touch your eyes or any body membrane, whoa--feels like fire. B12 and B-complex vitamins are supposed to help. I take these, but I'm not sure if they help. I guess I'd have to stop taking them to know. I also want to tell you about a web site called Healing Natural Oils, even though many of the oil blends contain a warning that they should not be used by pregnant women. I use oils from this site made especially for shingles and postherpetic neuralgia, for yeast infection, for restless legs (I was able to stop taking Requip), and for skin tags. I HATE those skin tags and this stuff really does work to get rid of them. Anyhow, check it out if you want: http://www.amoils.com/ I hope something here can help you. I continue to search for some miracle cure for this nerve pain. If I ever find it, I will be sure to let everyone know. Pam Messages in this topic (1) Reply (via web post) | Start a new topic .. Guest guest
So many interesting discoveries: I think the medication is helping. When I broke out in November so badly, I had started the bathes. This cleared the condition very well, was tedious, but I could still feel lots of bumps coming up under the skin. (Shame on me for stopping my bathes) It was those bumps that broke out this last time. 1/2 where sores and 1/2 came as a rash of small bumps. These plastic looking (feeling) balls connected with a thin thread of (plastic?) started showing up in my bath. They are getting smaller and smaller. The most interesting finding I've had on these was under my microscope. I placed one on a slide and looked at it. Looked like a plastic ball with an occational black dot on it. Then I put another slide on top and taped it all shut on the sides. When I looked under the microscope again, I was surprised to see that that tiny amount of pressure caused the ball to explode on two sides. All these crystal looking shards were dispersed everywhere! Blimy, that explains a lot! The shards I rub out of the sores with olive leaf. The grainy like sand I feel when I rub off a spreader. It explains why the bumps under the skin feel like hard balls coming up. They hold the seed shards and then the seed shards are thrown all over the surrounding skin area when it emerges from the sore. The tiny bubbles I feel here and yon are the shards that have entered the skin from the surface. If I scratch them off in the soda bath soon enough, nothing happens. I have found the soda does pull this stuff to the surface. The olive leaf bath I've changed just a little. I put a little in the water and pour a little on the side of the bathtube. I lightly dip my fingers in the olive leaf and rub a sore with it like you would comet. Only it is gentle and all this stuff including shards come out. I rub every inch of my body as faint tiny spreaders can appear anywhere. I know a sore is almost clean when it doesn't hurt to rub it anymore. But it must still be rubbed until it is completely healed as it will still send out real small and thin spreaders for a while afterwards. They can't hide from the olive leaf. I feel maybe 2 bumps under my skin on one thigh still yet to reach surface. I really think the medicine is chasing it out of my body and it is trying to hang on to the surface skin. I took 6 weeks this time, but I really have to search and rub to try to find a spreader now. I have about 5 sores that are not totally empty yet. As I have said, the plastic looking balls are getting less and less and smaller and smaller. The peroxide in my ears that Bill recommended is working well. I got these jellyfish looking crystal like tubes that came out a few weeks ago. I've watched them under the microscope spit out little crystal grains like salt. The tubes shoot out about 1 every 2 minutes. The Dr. said the viruse will take different forms depending on where it is located. I suspect a protozoan in my hair. I think the same ones that were in my ears. I have peeled (rubbed) some off of the sores and looked at them under the microscope. The last one kept swinging what looked like a head on a very long neck. I read that lavendar kills protozoans, so I've been rubbing lavendar in my hair during rubbing time in my bathes. Leaving the lye soap in my hair for the night helps too. I take Vermox once every 7 days and think they are being run out to the surface too. I will show the Dr. them on the 18th of this month. I truly believe things are getting better. I don't get the stinging anymore but am aware that I have 3 unexpressed tiny bumps on my scalp. I've just finished a 3 month supply of Aytlovir and am starting the 4th month. I don't feel any large worm wiggling in my body, and everywhere I did is where the sores came up. Check with me in a month. If I am correct, then I will have very joyous news to share. The mites only bother me when the virus is very active. They quit about 10 days after I returned to my bath routine. Guest guest
Hi That is qute a zoo you have found , I never could see anything of all this bug stuff, but I could feel it . All your symptoms sound like what I used to feel & still feel ocassionally , the plastic shard s. , the bumps under the skin thet dell like an infected sliver , I dound the arm and hammer powdered laundry soap 3 yeasp per cup of water to help as am all aroumd cure. For the bad spots or any itch or cut the peroxide & borax & water mix. I leep it in small bottles every where around my house & car & pocket. . When the deep one in my back would go after sulrr creme 10% then 20 % m then I tried 50 % , then 100% I then tried borax baths 1 cup per tub. This belped then I used a cotton cloth compress w/ borax 1/3 cup per gallon of water thei helped a lot too I didit once then again a week later. Then once a week of 1 month or so , it helped a lot on my deepones in my back . Lately I use this The mix: 8 tblspns borax (20 mule team Borax laundry booster 8 oz peroxide (3%) 8 oz water. mix it , and the borax nuetralizes the peroxide. itis painless , but as a sp treatment on my back has stopped the deep itches , that used to be wiggling untill I started the peroxide & borax & water mix at this concentration : 2 tblspns borax (20 mule team Borax laundry booster 16 oz peroxide (3%) 32 oz water. Still it would comback within 1 week if I quit using the peroxide mix. I have gotten almost 3 weeks now of no itching now that I dad used it in the stronger borax concentration for 10 days straight as a spot treatment poured on the skin & left . In the encironment I still use the baking soda poofed all over & in the car seats 1 cup borax & 1 cup spic & span & 1 gallon of water soaked into the seats & carpet then wet vacced out & dried with a hair dryer propped pointing at the seat for 2 days , ( in the winter even ! Hair dryers rule ! ) did you ever try thi peroxide mix on a leasion , it cured Fritos lesion she had for 3 years . It cure my cuts fast. Frito also said 32 ox of water & 2 tbls borax & 1 teasp msm will work as possible replacment for the peroxide in the mix, peroxide is a penetrant, borax a digestive poison & water to dilute the mix. Guest guest
Thanks Bill. I do believe all of what I am experiencing is the herpes 1 pushing through my skin. I believe the medicine is helping as the spreaders are beginning to crumble on touch rather than hold on and roll up like string. The plastic balls are getting so small, I can't catch them anymore. After my November big break out, I felt oddles still under my skin that hadn't made it to the surface yet. This outbreak is clearing that latent bunch. The viruse reconstructs the RNA of a cell and that is why so many strange looking things can come out of the skin. It depends on what kind of cell it is infecting. It comes out as the body is fighting to get rid of it. I want to rub the sores as I know I am removing live shards. I have read that peroxide does harm the virus, so it is good to follow up with it. The virus can move around. It can go into remission and then return. Once the medication has put me into remission, they must watch me closly for 2 years. I am convinced the floating fibers are a vector for it and bacteria/fungus/protozoans. I know the bird's nest in my dryer a year ago was a contributor and a catalyst for what is going on. Guest guest
Thanks Cecilia! It is still early yet to see if the occasional bites are gone, but the other thing is that I'm being pretty cautious because in the past things have gotten better and as soon as I get off the medications, bam, back again. I still have some crawling sensations, but no bites. How are things in Sweden dear? Hope you and the family are doing okay. You sound good and that things are settled down. It is a shame you couldn't do injections. Injections bypass the liver and stomach according to my doctor and injections go straight into the bloodstream. Since you have a difficult stomach it would be easier on your stomach. I've had 2 injections now. The needle and process don't hurt, but it is the following days that it becomes really, really sore. Bicillin is long acting penicillin and very thick (like glue) so has to be administered with a large needle all the way into the muscle. My husband is giving me the injections. Things I noticed in just a few days treatment are the following: 1. My stiff hands and the arthritic feelings in my hands have GREATLY diminished if not disappeared. (This was why my LLMD wanted me to do Bicillin). 2. Since I started the Fluconazole I'm having no biting sensations. Dr. has put me on high level of Fluconazole, one tablet a day (instead of one every week)... 3. I had a large fungal rash appear under left breast on 4th day of injections. It is resolving now with the Fluconazole and I am keeping it very dry with powder. I believe the antibiotics have put me into more imbalance in general. The Fluconazole has taken care of it. The rash is 1/3 the size it was on the first day. 4. I'm actually feeling pretty good... still don't sleep all through the night. I'm still continuing high levels 200 mg of Doxy 2x/day and Rifampin as well 2x/day. So far it is going ok, but no herx. Taking a lot of Vit. C to help the immune system do its job. That helps immensely. Also CoQ10 and fish oil caps for brain function. Probiotics with meals. C, a LLMD can direct any of us on how to use the pet meds... I worked for 3 days at a Vet School in Clinical Sciences here in California... the meds are exactly the same as they are for human beings. You just need to know how to take them and have the support of a LLMD is the best because if a problem pops up, the LLMD has experienced what to do to resolve the problem. My doctor has treated well over 1,000 Lyme patients. Could it be these mites are carrying some type of strange fungus too? Or are we already so full of fungal issues that we are primed for the other infections that they bring? So many questions... Blessings to you C.
