How long has your freedom controller lasted?

How long has your freedom controller lasted? Mine has been replaced a few times

in the past 5 years. Im now out of warranty an the rubber buttons are warn all

the way down. The rubber plug for the accessory is gone and a crack in the side

from sliding in the batteries.

The processor has fine as it requires a lot less touching than the controller.

Anyone who used to have freedom processor upgrade to N5? Hows it quality wise?

Anyone have to replace a part within first 2 years? (or has it onlly been 1 year

since it came out?)

Well my frustration is I either buy new controller for $2k or shell out $5500

for N5 to replace existing processor. I would opt for the N5 but if its anything

like the freedom, then I'd better off waiting.
