Guest guest
Hello all, I'm bilateral and enjoy using my remote as well. I'm pretty technically savvy so didn't have much trouble learning how the remote worked, but I did come across a pretty cool tool that people can use to learn how to use the remote. They are both on Cochlear's webpage. The first is just a general introduction to the remote buttons and how they work. The second is an actual interactive demo where you can click the remote buttons on the screen and see what happens. Both are very cool and very informative. The one on the right is the remote with the most current software) I hope this helps! Feel free to email me if you have any specific questions.
