Guest guest
Hey - I'm waiting to hear back from Cochlear, but has anyone had this happen with their remote for the N5? I've had it a month. This morning I took it off the charger with a green light. None of the buttons would work and within 2 minutes it went dead. What's the deal? Guest guest
It didn't happen to me, but to a cI friend of mine. He called customer service at cochlear about his remote dying. Guest guest
Thanks Bob, I was confused! Sure hope I don't have to replace the whole thing, need to check my warranty info I guess. Guest guest
My remote is in a leather casing jacket thing it is in there so I can hang the remote round my neck using a yanyard thus decreasing the chances of it getting lost if I put it in my pocket. Guest guest
I am sorry I did not realize you were referring to the remote. I thought you were referring to the processor batteries. I know the charger is working fine because I've had no problems with the processor batteries. I'll try charging the remote in the wall just in case. Trish (in WA) > > Contact Cochlear.
