Oh thank you , as soon as I can afford both of these I will get them. I am on a limited encome but am very interested in these two aspects. Next month will probably open up. It's the shipping cost from different sources that gets me. I order now a lot from NOW and Nature's Way and wanted to stick to these companies.

Anyway, do you know how much Oil of Oregano to take per day. Is it on an empty stomach?

How much acidophilus do I take per day? Mine says there are 1.5 billion live cells?

I've cut sugar out of diet? what is a yeast free diet? A good web site? Please respond

I'm in big fush will srite more later.

Have a blessed day?

Subject: Re: Oil of Oregano: how much to use , it burnt my mouth is that normal?

Shario, I had realy bad yeast problems, seen it on a live cell screen. Fungus everywhere, when I had implants. Then it was slowly going down after explant, but taking forever.Still in bad amounts. I went on a trial run of the Fungal Defense, and I went in for another live cell, and for once there was a big difference! I went on it again for 2 weeks, and lowered even more.I then followed up with Primal Defense, and am still on it. I have normal amounts of yeast now, after struggling to get rid of it for 3 years (And probably had it much longer than I knew) I would recommend it, as well as a yeast free, sugar free diet to eliminate yeast. Without the diet, nothing will be able to work, if you have a chronic case. Fungal/ candida thrives on sugar and yeast. I also drank about 12 cups of water a day with orgainc fresh squeezed lemons in it for cleaning up, and also making my body less acidic. Hope that

helps.
