and Rogene: Thank you both for the info on Restoril. I'm still experimenting with it to see how best to take it. The first night I took one 15mg cap about 20 mins before I went to bed and got frustrated because I didnt fall asleep quickly, like with ambien so I took another. It was difficult to get out of bed the next morning. So now I'm taking 15mg 40 mins before I go to bed and fall right to sleep. I go to bed around 11:30 and wake up about 7:30 so I'm getting my 8 hours!!!! Thanks again.
