I don't get sweat from hearing aids. It might be worth the money to buy the charger and rechargeable batteries. I don't think they are any more expensive than the cost of disposables over time. We're just referring to sweating in general while exercising or walking or being in the humidity and how it affects the processors (external device) of the CI's. I'm not sure what EMF is so I can't answer that but there are no side effects for me from having a CI. Hope this clarifies.
