I tested the loop system at our church and the sound is cristal clear - we just

need to attach a magnet around the wire (not sure what it's called but it is

also attached to computer monitors). I tested the sound all around in the looped

area and the sound is great.

The people who installed the loop said that the people at the sounddesk switched

on the loop and it was not meant to be switched on at that time since it wasn't

finalized.

Today we tested it while the over 60s group had bible study. We then let some

who don't have hearing aids use the portable loop receiver unit. They loved it

so much they don't want to stop listening.

Luckily my friend came with me and he knows lots about sound equipment and could

assit the guy who work for the company who installed it as the guy didn't even

no of the magnet that can fix the 'hissing' problem and also the people who is

the contact at our church told us that they got lines on the screen where they

display the words of songs being sung. So my friend said that the magnet will

fix that problem.

The people whe had Bilble study while we tested the system were so happy to hear

so much better. They all say it's a blessing that I'm at the church.

Will keep you posted as I experience the Loop System at services.

I love my Telecoils.

Regards

Ilana
