Activation day - how vertigo get worse for dizzy people

Looking forward a bit to A-day (tomorrow). But a bit nervous too, given my

history of vertigo. So wanted to take a pulse - for folks with history of

vertigo - did activation make it worse? Like take a sick day worse ..

... which brings me to a good question - did anyone have to take time off from

work after a-day at all?
