Guest guest
Hi ! It bugs me when people only give part of the answer to a question! I do not understand why the Cochlear Rep didn't fully explain to you what should be done to get your remote to be more accessible for you. You were already in conversation with him about it. I would go back to your audie and tell her that the Rep said there was a way to make it accessible and let her figure it out. Hope you get the accessibility you need soon! I have one good eye (with glasses) and I know how frustrating it can be when you think the remote is on and it's not. Good luck! You should not have to be struggling to guess at this all the time.
