Guest guest
Randy, Your wound should absolutely be healed by now. Did you have an infection afterwards that it is taking so long to heal? If you still have an oozing wound, it should be taken care of with maybe an antibiotic ointment, sterile dressings, getting washed carefully and dried, etc. As someone else pointed out, be careful with combs and brushes so you are not irritating it. Is your processor irritating is somehow? Do you wear glasses and the arm is irritating the wound? At any rate, you really need to see a medical professional regarding this ASAP. You do not have to go to your surgeon since it is so very far away. Your local primary care physician or family doctor should be able to advice you on how to care for the wound.
