Guest guest
Here is another great way to eat a healthy but objectionable food--onions. Onions are almost as good as garlic (same herb family), but hard to eat raw. Except for this way, one of our family's most favorite appetizers: (and my personal feeling is that the benefit of eating the raw onion outweighs the disadvantage of packaged beef) Polish Onions Green onions Organic cream cheese Thin-Sliced beef, such as Carl Buddig's (the square kind) Bring cream cheese to room temperature for easy spreading. In the meantime, clean the green onions, trimming roots and tops to about 6-8inches. Spread a slice of beef with a thin layer of cream cheese. Lay one green onion along the edge of sliced beef, and roll it up. Enjoy! We love these so much, sometimes it is dinner!
