Guest guest
Hello, Has anyone had a problem with their N5 remote battery not charging? The light shows it is fully charged after being on the charger overnight, but once unplugged it dies & will not turn on. Thanks in advance, Trish (in WA)
Guest guest
Contact Cochlear. If it is just one battery then you may have gotten a bad battery. If it is both batteries, it may be a bad charger. Either way, they should replace them. Happy Hearing! Guest guest
Thanks Carol, I didn't realize the remote had two batteries. I know the charger is working fine because I've had no problems with the processor batteries. I'll try charging the remote in the wall just in case. Trish (in WA) > > Contact Cochlear. Guest guest
There's a wee bit of confusion here. There is only one battery in the Remote Assistant, which is not replaceable. Should battery failure occur, the Remote Assistant must be replaced. Bob ...... Guest guest
The warranty on the Remote Assistant is 1 year. I'd check with CA anyway. Bob ..... Sure hope I don't have to replace the whole thing, need to check my warranty info I guess. Trish (in WA) > > > > Contact Cochlear. If it is just one battery then you may have gotten a bad > battery.
