And I can't think of a better place to do it than Hawaii. One thing to remember about ozone is that heat destroys it.... We have a pool and hot tub here in Nevada, and I insisted on using ozone to purify the water instead of chlorine. The pool company was excellent in complying with my request, (our ozonator uses UV light to create the ozone) but reminded me that the summer heat here prevents the ozone from being able to function alone, and that chlorine was still necessary in the summer months. We notice a huge difference in winter, with our chlorine usage going way down compared to the summmer. I wish we could have gotten away from it entirely, but with heat, it just wasn't possible. Let us know how that works for you there in Hawaii with your hot tub. The hot tub is a wonderful way to release toxins through the skin, especially if you can alternate between cold water and hot water. I am sure you will be happy to start using it again! That's exciting about your purchase of an ozone/oxygen sauna! I had several treatments at a local ozone clinic, and they had a very strong effect on me. I got very dizzy and had to lay down right afterwards--I think I even had to quit the session early because I felt so sick...it must have been really stirring things up for me. I later bought my own ozone machine to use at home, but not for sauna use--it just produces ozone for insufflations. It is a cold plasma ozone generator (in contrast to the UV). The sauna does take up alot of room, but it will be well worth it for you, I am sure. There are a couple devoted to using ozone, if you haven't already found them. They are a great source of support and information. Let us know how it works for you....I think the ozone is a great way to detox, if you have access to it or can afford the treatments.
