Guest guest
What about Medicare and Cochlear Implants. Will Medicare pay for the N5 upgrade upfront when it comes out? I've got a prexription from a doctor for it and its very much need because the 3G doesn't work very well for me. does anyone know when the N5 is going to be avilable as a N24 3G upgrade? Trish Re: Medicaid and Cochlear Implants Tim, did you mean you will be getting MediCARE in one year? Medicare would have paid for my hybrid if I had been eligible, at least in Florida. I doubt MediCAID would pay. I qualified for the clinical trial at UCSF for the Cochlear " hybrid " implant. However, my insurance company (Kaiser) won't pay for it. We are appealing the decision. > > I will be getting Medicaid in about one year.
