I have had problems with the remote starting on the second day of getting

the upgrade from a 3G to N5.

My remote died on the second day, and was replaced by Nuclear in a few

days, but I have problems with the new one.

The on/off buttons and the program change buttons often have to be

pressed several times before they work.

Small price to pay really, I hear so much better with the N5, very little

lip reading or captions, and a better understanding of music.

I have just returned from a cruise to Alaska, I attended several lectures

in a large auditorium where, because of the lighting, I was unable to see

the speakers face, yet I heard every word. Magic. !

Hey - I'm waiting to hear back from Cochlear, but has anyone had this

happen

with their remote for the N5? I've had it a month. This morning I took

it off

the charger with a green light. None of the buttons would work and within

2

minutes it went dead. What's the deal?
