back from my trip to Fla/health update..

Hello all. I am back from my trip to Fla. I had a really nice time.

The wheather was great..Not too hot, and not too cool. Sure beats

this COLD here! My body held up pretty well!!! This is the first

trip in 4 years that I enjoyed without becoming violently ill!! I

managed to rest and pace, and did things I have never thought I ever

dreamed of doing again!!! I was there for 12 days. I consider that

my home, as I lived there before I was ill. I miss it so much. The

wheather makes me feel better. I actually went to Bush Gardens. I

saved that for the last part of my trip!! I saw the WHOLE park and

actually went all all the rollercoasters!!!! I guess I am not such a

nerd after all-Ha Ha. Some things are just worth risking a flare up,

but so far so good!! I am still doing my stretching 2-3 times a day,

and taking walks everyday. This has helped me sooooo much!! As well

as taking my supplements. I also went in the ocean for the first

time in over 4 years(another thing I thought I would never do!!)I am

so grateful for my boyfriend helping me to enjoy this trip. I am

trying to get in to see a new Dr. this month who also does some

alternative meds.and takes my insurance. I pray to God to be able to

manage this illness so I will be able to work and be more social.

Right now I am thankful for what I have, and how far I have come. To

all who are very ill right now, hang in there, you can be me oneday.

Sometimes improvements come slow, but they do come!!! God bless all
