Guest guest Posted March 20, 2008 Report Share Posted March 20, 2008 The Cochlear Implants and Psychophysics Lab at the University of land, College Park, MD is looking for adult CI users of Nucleus- 22, Nucleus-24, or Freedom CIs to participate in NIH-funded research on auditory perception with CIs. If you are interested AND live within commuting distance of College Park, please contact us! Participation is entirely voluntary: you can withdraw at any time! We reimburse our participants for travel ($25.00 or $0.45 per mile, whichever is greater)and are able to offer $15.00 per hour of listening time as a token of our appreciation of your efforts. Listening experiments involve attending to tones, beeps, speech and speech-like sounds and making judgments about what you heard.
