For those of you who have not gone to the Hearing Exchange, please take

the time to follow a's link because there is so much information to

be offered there. a has been a staunch advocate for those with

hearing loss for years and has offered some of the best online

Hi a, I'm sorry to use this medium to contact you.

I did register on your site and even though I copied and

pasted the password provided to me, it came back as an

error. It appears that I am registered but I cannot log in.

I did sign up for the newsletter.

This happened to me last year when I tried to register

and the password would not work or there was some

problem. I did not follow through then, but now I am

doing so. Also, I hope the password can be changed

to something more familiar to me.

Hi Judy,

I'm glad you contacted me somehow. I'm sorry you've been having

difficulty. Are you talking about registering on HearingExchange with

a Wordpress login or the Message Boards or what? Unfortunately, it is

confusing at HE, but I'm hoping to do a site re-design again soon.

Please email me at info@... and let me know what

email address you registered with. I will look it up or add you

manually.
