Slow responses from Audiologists and Surgeon

I am receiving very slow responses from both my Audiologist and my

Surgeon. We have some questions that we need to have them answer. Also

we have been trying to schedule an appointment for the actual cochlear

implant surgery.

Daily calls does not seem to help at all. E-mails go without a

response also.

Has anyone else faced these types of problems? And how did you deal

with it?
