If the policy of insurance is that a processor ie. 3G will be replaced if it is

either lost or damaged beyond repair, does Cochlear replace it with a

refurbished Freedom, a new Freedom or will they replace it with the N5.

If the policy of insurance is that a processor ie. Freedom will be replaced if

it is either lost or damaged beyond repair, does Cochlear replace it with a

refurbished Freedom, a new Freedom or will they replace it with the N5?

How will the pricing for the insurance to be paid work? I would think that they

have to pay for the refurbished Freedom or a new Freedom or N5 at the current

pricing that each processor is priced and in the case of the N5 the same as

someone pay who purchase it as an upgrade?
