Sharon, I agree with the time element, it has greatly improved over time. But in my case, I also noticed a huge differnce once I made sure to get enough Omega 3's. Like Carlson's Fish oil, or Flax seed oil daily. According to Dr Merocla and studies, They help immensly with brain function, and memory. It also has been known to repair the brain, and help people with Alzhemiers. So when he told me to try it, to see if it helps, I did. And it has .I realy dont have a problem with brain fog anymore.

I found that my severe brain fog went mostly away within weeks of

explant. Now the only time I have brain fog is when I am herxing to

supplements I take to kill yeast or mycoplasma. Then immediately

that extreme fatigue and " drunken like state " can return. I would

bet the rent that you have a yeast problem as that is a main

symptom. Garlic is an excellent idea if you can tolerate it which I

absolutely can't unfortunately. However I do take olive leaf

extract and oil of oregano and they are both excellent also. If you

get worse instead of better don't panic. It could be a herxheimer

from the die off and is actually a good sign.

Also, the RM-10 you asked about is about $34 from

appleadayandbeyond.com. Shipping is free over $45 in product.

As far as sleep is concerned I am getting 2 highly touted products.

the first is Tryptozen by Sybiotics. It is a milk peptide that is

supposedly as good as valium or xanax. We'll see! the other is by

ENzymatic Therapy. It is called " refreshing sleep " or something

like that. My daughter who got sick is an insomniac and I am going

to try these on her. I also ordered some other stuff and will let

this group know if any of them pan out!

I will pray God direct you to the right surgeon and also the right

people to help with your recovery. blessings

Perhaps garlic and exercise, (to thin the blood and get it moving

into the brain.) That, and the passing of time.
