Guest guest
Like many folks, I had my worse ear implanted. However, my left ear was not always the bad one. Once upon a time they were both equal. It's always been my theory that my left ear is so much worse than my right ear because I wore an analog hearing aid in the left ear alone for more than 24 years. They started out being the same. That's not to say that they didn't become different for some other reason, but I really think it was because I didn't wear two aids. Of course, because I had one, it was kept on full blast and I can't help but think damage was done that way. During all those years, the only controls I had were on, off, volume up and volume down. I've always believed that hearing aids help and damage at the same time. My audi from years ago, said no, but I'm from Missouri. Do any of you have opinions on this?
