Sawyer, I guess I need clarification on this as well. I had my implants out in 1998, almost 6 years ago. Is there a statute of limitations with a class action? Did the big Dow class action have a statute (it was my understanding that women could still get in, but that the open door is near to being shut...)

I would be surprised if there would be a statutue of limitations on a class action such as this, because of the fact that lawyers simply were not taking these cases back when I was looking. Nobody thought they could win against the manufacturer's, so they simply said the case wouldn't be worth taking. If I couldn't get in now, that would seem unfair to me...
