Congratulations! I know this has been a long journey for your second ci. There

were a lot of levels of decisions you had to make before you came to this. You

struggled with trying to find a doctor to replace the one who had passed

away-right? With the new surgeon you wanted someone who might be able to have

the skill to leave you some residual hearing. You looked into which implant

would be the best for you since you weren't completely happy with the results of

the first implantation. It sounds like you are definitely on the right road and

I wouldn't be surprised if eventually your newly implanted ear will become your

dominate ear.

I'm so happy for you and can't wait to hear your continued reports.
