Is Battery Exchange Possible? (Received wrong size of batteries at activation)

Hi,

Does anyone know if Advanced Bionics will exchange the two small batteries that

my audiologist charged up prior to my appointment for activation yesterday? Two

batteries are opened, two are not.

I had asked for the larger batteries, but somehow ended up receiving the smaller

ones. Besides lasting longer, the larger batteries will match the size of the

ones I use on the other ear...
