We struggled to find why I don't hear well with my CI and came to the conclution that the condition I'm born with affects my CI. What my audi did was put my MAP on one slot and that same MAP which is louder on another slot. The louder MAP allows me to hear when I notice I struggle when my hearing fluctuates due to the condition I'm born with. If you have any questions, don't hestitate to email me. Regards.
