and suggestions. They are welcome and appreciated. We talked to the nurse

again and the carrier still has not made a decision. With the holidays

approaching, surgery space is going to be limited so I may end up having to do

one

initially, even if they approve bilateral.

I am so sorry you had this problem but it looks like you are very close to

the end of the surgery process. Good luck to you and I hope its a success. I

don't think I have quite the balance issues that you have, unless I drink too

much Budweiser, but your input is so helpful in this process. Thanks again
