Hehehe ! So the old body knew what it was doing, huh ? There is hope for us all....:)

Up till a few days ago, I was still considering replacing my gel with saline, or at least leaving that option open...thanks to you guys, it's bye bye implants of any sorts, and I'm completely at peace with it now. Spoke to my PS, she reluctantly admitted that the saline has an expiry date just like the stuff I use for my contact lenses.....says she does not like to implant at the same time as explant because of infection etc.....I can opt for re-implantation later if I wanted to...NOT A CHANCE !!! UH-UH, not THIS girl !!!

She puts gentian violet or something around the salines at time of implantation to prevent infection, but I really don't care....that stuff aint good for me. She agreed to remove en-bloc, then she weighs the implants and puts them in water to check displacement in order to evaluate how much silicone has leaked. She has agreed to having digital pics taken, but no video crew, too much risk of infection.

I am also having dark-field microscopy done next week to check for silicone traces, and am tracing someone, be it here or in the US to check silicone levels in my blood. The explant will be done under local aneasthetic, unless complications arise, but is still done in theatre ( let the drama unfold...:).

I have decided to actually write the book, like I'm sure a few of you here have considered doing, even if that's the only way I can reach other women....I'm also drafting a small info brochure which I will distribute to hairdressing salons, nail bars, and beauty salons, as a start....might as well let some good come out of all this...I don;t care about making money from it, just want to get the word out there about this poison.

I am also thinking of doing a painting relating to this, which I need to find a place to auction off or raffle, to raise funds to help women who cannot afford needed explantation....if you guys have any bright ideas in this regard, please let me know ? Or if you are happy to have your story incorporated into the book perhaps ? Names can be changed, should you wish it....

There is a GREAT life after implants, better than before I'm sure, because it's taught all of us here to absolutely revere our bodies for the amazing creation that it is, not in spite of its flaws, but even with them, it's what makes us unique ! How many of us have taken a moment, when we're having a bath or getting dressed, to to say " "Thank-you, body, for carrying my spirit around so faithfully all these years, for fighting to survive so bravely, when you were being poisoned..I am sorry I have done this to you for whatever reason, I give myself permission to forgive myself for this mistake, and I vow to love and care for you to my very best ability from here on forward..."You might just be surprised by your belly button winking back at you :))....

Love and hugs to you all,

Fiona

Fiona,

That craving for lemon is a signal to pay attention to your liver. Lemons and other sour citrus are very beneficial to the liver, and helps flush it out. I absolutely love lemon anything, and I realized that it was my body crying out for help, actually my liver. Go with it....our bodies do tell us things we should listen to! I found the liver flushes to be so helpful to me, made me feel great!

Hmm....thanks for this Rogene, gives me much to mull over, and yes, my symptoms haven't progressed in the way these auto-immine diseases usually do...they pitch up, then vanish again.....all except the weight gain ( how I WISH that would vanish !!!) and the hairloss...sounds like good info this, Ann !

Because of my job ( hypno therapy) I have used a lot of hypno on myself to minimise symptoms and help my body cope, and I'm sure I would have been alot sicker if I hadn't done so....my body keeps telling me what it needs...some days it is a long bath with aromatherapy oils and candles, other days it doesn't want me to switch on the radio/TV, the "noise" bothers me, I need peace and quiet..other days I don't feel like eating, or certain foods seem unappealing...when I go with it I'm OK, if I ignore this stuff I definitely get worse. Lately I've been needing to drink a lot of water, which I never , ever do ( I just don't get thirsty, a sign of adrenals/thryoid out of whack). Last month I had the strangest sensation of feeling...well, oily, like I had oil oozing out of every pore, and even inside me, so I couldn't stand the thought of eating anything oily/fatty, but craved stuff like lemons......maybe thats just my brain playing tricks on me, but I'm giving my instinctive "body sense" the benefit of the doubt...

You can use my story - your book is a great idea. I actually started one a while

back before I started w/ this sinus mess - now I feel so crappy all the time

that I have no energy. Hopefully that will go away soon - I got verification

that my coconut oil has shipped. I can't wait to get into it so can be rid of

these infections once and for all!!

Thanks so much Shari ! Would you like to co-author or be a co-contributor ?

No need for you to hunch over the keyboard for hours, just intellectual

input etc.....I've been taking small quantities of cocnut oil for two days

now ( a teaspoon in my tea) and I do feel somewhat better...time will tell.

I hope it sorts out your sinus once and for all ! Keep us posted ?

people can't shut me up. Whatever would be best for you. I don't mind

hunching over the keyboard for hours if I thought it would help someone

else. Just let me know
