You may just want to have Dr. Blais keep them. He still has mine.

Subject: A question about sending implants to Dr. Blais...

I will be sending the implants to Dr. Blais for patho, then I need to send them where else? I heard that if I am going to join a suit, I cannot have possession of the implants, so where are they sent? I do not have a lawyer, where are you all sending the implants for future cases??? Blessings, Iggy

Shari,

Did you request them back from Dr. Blais? I guess I am surprised that you got them back from him....were they packaged securely? I would think that he would send them properly secured so that you could just store them in the freezer (I know that sounds pretty gross....), but freezing them is probably the best way to go. It prevents further growth and contamination. The only other option would be with an attorney who specializes in breast implant litigation. I know there is an attorney here in Vegas who has several refrigerators full of implants.
