Guest guest
The articles you are requesting are actually available under " files " , ,then " experimental " on this very site! Several prints of the articles as they appeared in different papers are mded available here. One is extremely legible, ,and all include dates. Hope this helps.....good luck! Guest guest
Pam, you are absolutely right. All we have to do is get the initial group together so that we get to decide what firm controls this litigation, and where it will be filed! If just the ladies from this site stuck together, we would have more than enough, and controlling the firm and the forum is an enormous amount of power!!! Hope to hear from all of you soon, and thanks everyone! Sawyer

Guest guest
Sawyer, I have to wonder how many members of this group have actually seen this message....it seems that there are a large number of lurkers, or members who don't consistently read the webpages, or may just have missed this particular post about a potential lawsuit. How many responses have you gotten? Guest guest
Patty, that is a very good question. I have had a fair amount of responses, but not quite enough yet. Kacey indicated in one of her emails that ten or fifteen women from this site contacted her cousin already, so I wasn't sure. I respect anyone's decision to chose whomever they want to help them with this, but I want to make sure they are made aware of some of the real problems with class actions, especially if you do not know who is filing it, or know about the laws in the State it is filed in. Worse yet, some classes are mandatory, so this really is not as simple as it might seem. I have posted on other sites, and have a few other ideas as well, so hopefully the word will get around and we can make a good decision here. I just want to make sure the decision we make is an informed one. Sound familiar? Thank you Patty for all of your help and guidance. Most importantly, thanks for bringing us together to talk about all of these issues. Sawyer
Guest guest
Geeze I don't know, I hate to say it but I feel like all this hassle and then most likely I will be told it is too late to do anything, after what I went through it is very unfair and it seems that the legal system is so daunting that it makes many of us just accept defeat. I am not sure it is worth all the hassle, calling around, talking to lawyers, esp in Idaho, I never had implants in Idaho so what or how can it be of any use to talk to a lawyer here. California is where I had implants, what is more frustrating is my consent was signed a week after my surgery and even that means nothing to anyone. Sorry to be a downer but I feel there really is never going to be any justice for us. I wish I could say it sounded worth the hassle but right now, I am healthy and happy and don't see much point in all this anyhow. Oh well, maybe i am just pmsing. blah
