I slowed way down on dairy - I actually never ate a whole lot of it anyways. I

am pretty convinced that it is a fungal sinus infection and the antibiotics have

caused me to have a serious candida problem since I have been taking so many of

them. I did the " spit test " this morning and it was pretty gross - definate

signs of major candida according to the spit test explanation I found online. I

have made an appt w/ my primary tomorrow morning to discuss going on an anti

fungal - I stopped the antibiotics and steriods as of yesterday. They weren't

working anyways. it is a nasty cycle - infections, antibiotics, and yeast. I am

starting to think I am never going to get over it. Both of my eyes were so

puffy and swolen this morning I looked like I had been punched!

oh well - thats for the advice
