Guest guest
I have been thinking for along time that the Garden of Life products are a very good line. And I have been running into more and more mention of them by people on various websites. I have used Primal Defense for quite a while and now Perfect Food. Like patty, I think that RM-10 sounds like that may be a very good product for all of us. It has some controlled studies and they are doing more. It is very good for immune conditions and cancer prevention supposedly. Their whole line of products is designed to complement each other, is organic, and based off whole foods. I have heard nothing but good about their new vitamin program called Living Multi. It is expensive but sounds like there is nothing like it on the market. And it incorporates many nutrients and herbs from all their other products including some from RM-10. I am thinking of trying it, and I just wanted to tell you all about Garden of Life and their wide range of products. I have heard good things about every one of them! If you purchase them, don't buy directly from them. You can get a better deal from a distributor. I use Apple a day and beyond. Take care kathy
