Guest guest
I can't believe you were given that for a sinus infection, unless there was reason to believe that it could have spread into cerebral tissue. Are your cortisol levels sufficient enough to handle thyroid meds? I'm sure our bodies utilize the many means it has to deal with foreign entities before it turns to immune complexes, and iodine is probably no exception. However..when a lighter halogen is available, the heavier one gets displaced. There are three lighter ones ahead of iodine, that we are continually exposed to. Displacement does not work in reverse...so getting the the lighter ones out is the trick, and the problem. Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year. Guest guest
Me either! I have spent a few years getting healthier and haven't had a lot of stress in my life and I really ramped up on adrenal support and I am handling 4 grains of Armour and 25 mg of Iodoral like a champ. I am not sure how it is that I got so lucky to be able to handle it physically but I thank my lucky starts for it every day. I also read and re-read STTM a billion times and followed that advice to a T. Guest guest
If fluoride can displace iodine, and bromide can displace iodine...what is to keep the chloride in sea salt from also displacing the remaining iodine as well as the bromide? Guest guest
Chloride will displace iodine as do bromide and fluoride because they are lighter and will pull from heavier halogens of which iodine is. There are 5 halogens in total, the last and heaviest being astatine which isn't too common and can be ignored. All the more reason to increase consumption of iodine as all others are lighter than it is. ---------------------------Org Msg---------------------------- If fluoride can displace iodine, and bromide can displace iodine...what is to keep the chloride in sea salt from also displacing the remaining iodine as well as the bromide?
