We are still waiting to hear if anything is going to happen. I have not heard from Sawyer in quite some time. I heard of one class action in California, but it was in relation to misrepresentation in marketing the anatomically shaped saline implant (false advertising), rather than any kind of illness associated with them. Did I post the information on that one here?

Iggy, Sawyer is keeping a list of names and is actively working on

getting the right firm to take the case. There was some confusion

recently over a post from Kacey's relative who is an attorney in

Texas. (I think that's right.) I can't remember the reason, but he

said they wouldn't be able to take the case. I think some of us

thought that meant we were all SOL, but, that isn't the case. You

just had your implants out and they more than likely have defective

valves. Did you send them to Dr. Blais? If you have proof that they

were defective, contact Sawyer and give her your info. I have all

her contact info and will send it to you if you want. Off the top of

my head I think her e-mail is Indy Survivor@....

I'm glad you got them out and you're feeling better. I'm still up

and down. I got some new pain meds and they actually do what they're

supposed to - ease the pain!
