I started before explant. Esp. the vit. c. to help with healing. I'm also taking flax seed oil, the capsules. (the oil is too nasty for me)I got a detoxifier for the alimentary canal. Supposed to help with cellulite and all kinds of things the body can't rid of, the toxins. It taste like dirt and looks like dirty water. Its horrible, but now that the implants are out I'm doing that everyday. I'm drinking more water. Plus I'm still taking my keflex.I'm less dizzy, less nausea. My appetite is less. I think for so long my body was aching all the time and my breast were so heavy that I was just miserable and so I would eat to comfort the physical pain. I've noticed many women seemed to have gained weight after getting implants. I know I did. Prob. about 15 lbs. Thats quite a bit. Plus I wasn't able to work out, due to the heavy boobs swinging. Even walking they were just miserably heavy. My back is better too I think from the weight being lifted. Oh girls, b12 and all the vitamin b's are great for memory. Sring valley the brand at walmart makes the "superB". It has the entire b family in it. I can really tell a difference when I take it.Deb
