That's good idea. Keri, you're seeing Dr P at the end of March; why

don't you call him & ask what he thinks you should do in the meantime

for your poor adrenals?

So did I.

I read about it, thought about it, and decided to do it because I felt

in my bones that it was right for me. When I saw Dr P I was up to

22.5mg/day. Not only did he approve, he put me up to 30mg/day, then

35/mg/day.
