Guest guest
Hi Geraldine, If the cortisol tests were private I'd ask them to do it again for free- not your fault they were delayed. Just ask your doc straight out. I want to see Dr. Skinner ( take contact details) If he doesn't seem keen say I'm paying so what is the problem in referring me? I know it's hard, but your doc isn't doing you any good at the moment so why should he not have a fresh opinion about this ? Ive just had my saliva samples back for cortisol levels. They are quite depressed but now the lab are saying that the samples might be unstable because it took a week for them to be returned. As you know, I would like to see Dr Skinner and I'm due to see my GP again to ask for a referral - its kind of stressful because if he refuses again I think I'll just crumble.
