Guest guest
Hi sheila Carol Maddeson runs the Long Eaton (Notts/Derby border). I don't have an email for her or the group but her number is 0115 9728697 Anne 2008/5/21 sheilaturner <sheilaturner@...>: Dear Member I am trying to get as many of the above as possible in order to get us all involved in one campaign to help all hypothyroid patients. It is only sensible that we all start working together on specific campaigns in order to achieve our mutual aims. If you know of any UK thyroid websites, UK thyroid forums or have access to the email addresses of UK local thyroid support groups (I believe BTF have several local support groups) I would be very grateful if you would send them to me as soon as possible. I need to write to as many as possible to ask for their cooperation. If anybody would like to help with this excercise by checking on the Internet to find any such UK groups or websites, this would help us so much. Guest guest
Well billy You can get the contact details of all these websites from the websites themselves. The British Thyroid Association though deals only with doctors. What exactly are you looking for from these organisations? Guest guest
Oh dear - getting my little 'office' ceilling replaced (and all that involves) is really causing me to 'lose the plot' and forget what is happening and even the questions I have asked. I don't know whether I am coming or going and obviously, I didn't even look at the subject heading of your message. Please forgive me for wondering why you had posted them. There seem to be few UK forums, and as it is the British Thyroid Association's Statement on Armour and T4/T3 combination therapy I am responding to, I can't really add them as signatories. The BTF also have the same statements on their website too, so I cannot add them either. Thanks for trying. Guest guest
Don't feel bad about bumping your email, it is always a good idea because this group is so very busy that one or two messages are bound to get overlooked. Our plaster was orange/pink too, and there is dust everywhere. The builder has made a wonderful job of it and it is all drying out now. The problem with ours is that it is an upstairs room, and when the ceiling started to come down, we found there had been a hole in the chimney and the place was covered in soot. I am looking on the bright side and have visions of my lovely room when it is all clean and decorated. Meanwhile, our landing is full of furniture, files, papers, books and I can't get into my little tiny studio to paint. Luv - Sheila Oh I feel for you Sheila. Our lounge ceiling came down, the whole lot if it, complete with the three inch thick layer of old fashioned orange plaster. It nearly killed our dog who had been sat on the lounge floor just seconds earlier. It was a nightmare to put right. The upheaval was unbelievable. So I do hope you get sorted soon. And to have it happen in your office - so disruptive I would imagine.Take care xPS I feel bad for bumping my email now! :0) No virus found in this incoming message.Checked by AVG.
