Guest guest
Oh boy, do I ever concur on this one! Talk about weepy....it almost gets to be ridiculous how much I end up crying. You are definitely not alone with this. If only doctors understood this connection, instead of telling us we're a bunch of lunatics, or emotional, hysterical women when this kind of stuff goes on....it is all a part of the toxicity and how it affects our hormonal balance in our bodies and brains. We're just too complicated for them! ; ) Patty ----- Original Message ----- From: dimonds68 Sent: Thursday, March 04, 2004 2:07 PM Subject: RE; kathy(mikat)..Liver flush Hello Kathy, so nice to hear from you(as usual). Yes, I did the ebsom salt liver flush that Patty posted(if you need the recipie, I will foward it to you.) I only felt ill the day after it!! So this is good news. When it says 'be prepared for toilet duty, they were not kidding!! LOL When I detoxed last time I was SO ill, I thought for sure I would die. This time, not as bad..(YET?? knock on wood). So I know that my body is stronger. I was so afraid to try it also. I know we have chatted before and you said you get real sick from detox(like myself) This time I am taking it slower. Last time I had someone helping me detox, and I think he detoxed me FAST..which was ok, becauase I was so sick anyway. It is weird that you said in your post that the detoxing makes one depressed!! WOW, I was just going to post about that!! Scince detoxing, I have been a weeping mess! I figured the two had to be linked. Also, the detoxing is triggering my brain fog, and IBS(not happy a about that). I am way too skinny already. So in a few days when I start on the Fungal defense, I will be adding lotsa other good foods back in my diet. This 'mostly greens stuff' is not for my body(as I tried this for 9 months and was 20pds underweight and not absorbing my food anyway! So I am really figuring out what I have to do.All trial and era. I just want to feel even better. Still dealing with the yeast issues, so I am combating that next. I saved some of your posts that are helpful I figured the powdered primal defense would be better for me also. I try to take all my supplements in powdered form also. Anyway Kathy, sorry to ramble, I just wanted to say hello..and thank you again for all your help dimonds
Guest guest
-Dimonds thanks for your reply. I was wondering if you have read the book on metabolic typing that dr. mercola recommends. I bought it and it says I am definitely a protein type and should be eating red meat and dark poultry etc. I recognize I do feel better when I eat this way. You sound so much like with me about alot of things--I am also thin and I hate to do fasts because I lose what little weight I have. Anyway, dr. mercola says that if youeat for your genetic type you will be able to throw off alot of these immune problems. Just wanted to mention it. Lots of luck to you, kathy- - In , " dimonds68 " <XENA6881@a...> wrote: > Hello Kathy, so nice to hear from you(as usual). Guest guest
Patty I was wondering if you--or anyone else --gets severe headaches when they detox? This is one of my hardest problems to get past. I am sure that it has to do with my muscles and tendons spasming because my neck gets very cricky and knotted at this time. the pain goes to my temple and is relentless. I usually can only tolerate a day or two and I stop whatever I am doing to get better so it will abate. I CAN'T EVER GET PAST IT AND IT IS SO FRUSTRATING! I have tried minerals, pain killers, etc. but the headache won't go away until I stop what I am doing. Any suggestions out there? thanks kathy --- In , " ~*Patty*~ " <redeemed7@c...> wrote: > Oh boy, do I ever concur on this one! Guest guest
I have a question for this group, my best friend is currently detoxing and is planning to do the liver flush. I am concerned about her being alone when she does this. Are there any serious risks involved with the liver flush? I have offered to go and stay with her (she lives about 4 hours away from me) but she refuses. She says it would be too embarrassing. What if something were to go wrong? She would need someone to get her to the hospital or at least call 911, right? Thanks, Janie > > Oh boy, do I ever concur on this one! Guest guest
Janie, I have never heard of anyone having that bad of a reaction to need to go to the hospital, but I suppose anything is possible. You might want to check out the curezone forum and ask? http://curezone.com/forums/f.asp?f=73 I actually just checked it myself and saw where one person discussed his need for hospitalization. I think it's been done enough times successfully, probably zillions if you check all the posts, that hospitalization is probably very rare, and it sounds like the problem is not getting all the stones out. Perhaps another flush done immediately will fix that....all I can say is read, read, read. The huge majority of the posts are extremely positive. I have done probably a half dozen flushes or more myself with no problems, and Dr. Hulda claims in her book that she has never seen anyone needed to be hospitalized. Guest guest
Hi Patty, Thank you for your input. So I guess my friend will be ok there by herself while she does this. I still can't help but to worry about her, she is my best friend after all. Thanks again, Janie~*Patty*~ <redeemed7@...> wrote: Janie, I have never heard of anyone having that bad of a reaction to need to go to the hospital, but I suppose anything is possible.
