Guest guest
Hey girls, I forgot about one supplement that you both could take to help your situations besides the ones I already mentioned.... Fiona, to help with constipation, and dimonds, to help with IBS... ALOE VERA. But make it a good, pure brand, processed minimally. I have not tried this brand, and am not intending to promote it, but thought this was good info: http://www.thenaturalhealthsource.com/Nutrition/aloe-digestive.htm For over 4,000 years, natural aloe vera has been used to enhance human health. Most Americans are familiar with aloe's ability to quickly soothe sunburn. But did you know that drinking carefully processed aloe vera juice, can bring those same powerful healing properties directly to your digestive tract? The benefits are significant : Helps restore and maintain intestinal health - the condition of your colon can impact the health of your entire body. Superb aid to digestion and absorption of nutrients from food - in addition to its healing effects, Aloe Gold™ markedly improves intestinal function. Has natural anti-inflammatory activity - calms the digestive tract and promotes healing. Helps to maintain an ideal ph balance in your body - alkalizes--acts as a buffering agent. Helps to combat the destructive effects of an overly acidic digestive environment. Powerful aid to body's cleansing and detoxification process - helps your body to release unwanted toxins. Enhances the delivery of nutrients into the blood stream - more nutrients in your blood stream means more nutrition to your organs. In addition to supporting digestive health, Is a natural and powerful antioxidant - helps protect your DNA from free radical damage. Enhances collagen production, which helps strengthen connective tissue - collagen is key to your skin's elasticity and key to the flexibility of all connective tissue, but collagen declines as we get older. But not all aloe vera juice is alike..... You might want to check into it and see if it helps you both... Patty
