Guest guest
I am about to start this , when a couple of 'events' are worked through as I need to have no restrictions in my life right now. I have been told that an alkaline diet can in fact reverse hypot but I find that to be a little on the far fetched side although I do think that the diet will make you feel better. Luv nne ifyou follow an alkaline diet, you can reverse thyroid goitre and also alot of other diseases.
Guest guest
Hi I tried the cut and paste the link you posted into Google but it doesn't work. I did, however, find the following: www.alkalinelivingu.com/243.html - http://www.worldwidehealthcenter.net/articles-238.html There is also a forum discussing Alkaline diets http://acidalkalinediet.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=6317 & sid=4da4d67de1c10e41ec044dcfbc11b210 If anybody is going to start on this, I would be very interested to know whether this really does help you. It sounds excellent. Perhaps and nne, you could start this together and compare notes luv - Sheila>> Hi Folks> > I'm trying to find out whether anyone has any experience of following> an alkaline diet. Guest guest
Hannah It's usual to stop thyroid meds for a week to give adrenals a rest. Nutri adrenal extra (NAX) contains B and C vitamins as well as glandulars. The nutri adrenal has just the glandulars . If you want to continue with the exra vits you already take, then go for the nutri adrenal, but if not then I'd go for the NAX, with the added vits. Personally I take the NAX, along with added vit C, but I don't supplement any of the other stuff (B vits, magnesium, zinc, chrome) (Galathea) .. > Do I need to stop taking my thyroxine initially? > As there is Vit C and many of the B vits included in NAE which I already take, do i need to stop those while I am taking the Nutri? >
